Overview of Man
Man is a city located to the west of Cote d'Ivoire, in Yacouba, the area is popularly kown for its rivers that are crossed by bridges made of large and thin creepers attached to trees on both banks. There are currently about ten functional liana bridges. The best known is that of Lieupleu in the department of Danané. Economic activity is agriculture: rice, coffee, cocoa, palm oil, kola nuts. Other crops: cassava, maize, peanut, yam, banana.
