Guest of honor: Veronique Tadjo, a French Ivorian writer born in 1955 in Paris. She has a doctorate in African American Studies and has travelled extensively around the world. Veronique Tadjo regularly conducts workshops on writing, illustrating books for children and other topics. Her novel Reine Pokou (Queen Pokou) was awarded the prestigious literary Prize "Grand Prix Littéraire d'Afrique Noire" in 2005.
