Please also note that we will promptly remove any spam, mass PM, mass posting of the same ad or message, posting from real estate agents soliciting for clients in the blog. By doing any of the above may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned (and your service provider being informed). The IP address of all posts is recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions.
